We Are Open!

We are very happy to announce that both of our clinics are open!

Please note, appointments with us may look and feel a little different for the next little while. Please read the changes below before visiting one of our clinics. Thank you!

  1. We will currently not be able to provide drop-in services.

  2. Patients will be seen by appointment only. This includes hearing aid drop-offs and pick-ups. Please arrive at your specified drop-off and pick-up times to ensure a member of our staff is available to help you.

  3. Masks must be worn by patients entering the clinic. We encourage you to bring your own mask; however, if you do not have your own, we will have masks available for purchase at our clinics.

  4. All patients will be screened during appointment bookings and upon arrival the day of their appointment. We will follow the screening questions put forth by the Department of Health.

  5. We are asking patients to come alone to their appointments unless it is necessary that a support person come with you. The support person must also be screened during the appointment booking and on the day of the appointment.

  6. Your car is your new waiting room. We ask patients to call once you arrive for your appointment so that a member of our team will be ready to take you directly into a treatment room.

  7. If you arrive late, your appointment may be cancelled.

  8. Please try to leave extra things such as jackets, sweaters, bags, etc. at home or in your car, if possible.

  9. We will continue to use curbside pickup for batteries, supplies and hearing aid check appointments to minimize the number of patients entering our clinics.

  10. You will notice some new personal protective equipment around the office and being worn by our team, when necessary. At times, this equipment will make speech reading difficult; however, they are worn to keep you and our team safe.

  11. Payment over the phone and e-transfers will be encouraged. We are asking you to avoid cash payments, if possible.

Your health and safety are our top priority! We are taking these guidelines very seriously and want you to feel comfortable and confident when visiting our clinics. These efforts will keep you, our team, our families, and our community healthy and safe! Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate this transition period.
