TV Devices
Difficulty hearing the television is a common complaint among those with hearing loss. Even with hearing aids, sometimes understanding speech on the television can be challenging, especially when there is background noise present in the room. Instead of the hearing aids amplifying the volume of the television, the original signal of the television is streamed directly to the hearing aids, allowing for a clearer sound that reduces listening effort. Some TV devices require the use of a streamer that is worn around the neck and wirelessly connects to the television while others do not.
