Jessica DeCoste

Jessica is our Client Care Specialist at Alderney Hearing. Jess comes to us with experience in a wide range of areas such as Early Childhood Education and Cosmetology, and has worked in administrative roles in both Medicine and Dentistry. After 7 years living out West, she decided to pursue studies in Medical Office Administration and Medical Assisting, graduating with the Honours Distinction at the top of her class, proving to herself and her family that it's never too late to change your life. She has a wealth of knowledge which is evident in her day to day interactions in her role as a Client Care Specialist.

Jess thrives when helping others which is evident from her extensive volunteer history. Ranging from town wide fundraising efforts for local food banks to making and distributing reusable medical masks at no cost to people and businesses all across Southern Alberta.

When not working or trying to save the world, Jess likes to read and spend her time outdoors hiking, camping, fishing and enjoying the beautiful scenery of Nova Scotia with her friends and family. Jess has lived from one end of the country, to the other. But Nova Scotia will always be her home.
